When you get stuck

Making changes isn't easy. Often doubt creeps in, then distraction and whoosh we're gone!

I created this 'balance sheet' as a reminder of the positives and negatives of nose breathing. When doubt creeps in you can weigh up the doubts against what you signed up to achieve.

Katie's story

I asked Katie what she did to keep herself motivated to stay on track.

"I just kept reminding myself of the positive outcomes I'd read about and questioning whether I was happy to accept being on medication for the rest of my life when there was a proven method to alleviate the symptoms out there. Once I set my mind to something and I'm passionate about it, I don't give up! Also, as soon as I felt actual physical improvements, there was no going back. That's pretty motivating!"
