Energising Meditation Lite
SOMA energising meditations feature an ambidextrous aerobic warm-up, rhythmic breathing to music and retention. Some sessions can be quite strong in terms of the physiological and emotional effects. This session is a good introduction with an emphasis on relaxation and mild hypoxia (reduced oxygen) only.
Warm-up
Relaxed breathing 2:4 rhythm
Short breath hold on passive exhale, then hold the inhale
Energising breath 4:4 rhythm
Short breath hold on passive exhale, then hold the inhale
