This membership hub contains the recordings of every BREATHE online session (20 minutes). You'll also find the link and password to join us LIVE each week. These are generally relaxing and exploratory sessions with a chance for Q&A at the end.

From September you can also join LIVE or replay SOMA breathwork meditations. Until then you can try a 'lite' version as a sample. Members are eligible for free workshop & course and big discounts of the SOMA signature Awakening journey. These are energising and strong practices and so there are some medical cautions for these sessions.

If that's not enough, you'll have bonus yoga classes to complement the breathwork by keeping the body flexible and strong.
