Why I put this together

Hello!

I'm so glad you're here, because the hardest step is acknowledging your distress and taking action. The rest should now be easy!

I have collated these audios and videos at a time of extraordinary chaos [the coronavirus pandemic] however the approaches are the same for any form of anxiety, panic and distress.

I've experienced anxiety for much of my adult life. It's what brought me to start yoga. It helped me so much that I was compelled to learn how to teach so I could share this with others.

I sincerely hope there are some golden nuggets here for you

How to navigate the site
